Melo was painted from a photograph in a photo sharing website called ‘Paint My Picture.’ I wanted to emphasize this DSH’s green eyes with a violet background. The silk fabric was a divine texture to work on, it produced interesting staining with the acrylics.

I will print no more than 250 limited editions of the Melo image at 9 x 12. They will come signed, numbered and with a certificate of authenticity.
