I started making these small studies on paper during my commitment to the 100 Day Project and I’ve continued to use the format to explore mixed media, color and texture.

In this piece I used the leftover paint on my palette and experimented with textures.

In some of my work I like to explore words or phrases that resonate with me. This one says “I was created to create.”
