Refund and Return Policy
The refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I cannot offer you a credit or return.
Prints and Merchandise
Item must be in the same condition as you received it, or you must provide proof of defect/damage. I work with an outside company to produce these goods. I will work for my customers to resolve any legitimate issues that arise.
Original Art Works
Requested returns/refunds will be assessed individually. Requests made after 30 days of purchase will be denied. If return request is accepted buyer must pay for return shipping. After the artwork is received and inspected a refund or a credit will be issued.
Artwork handling and packaging is documented on my end to protect consumer and producer. Original Artwork is sold “as is” due to the nature of creation. Small imperfections are part of the beauty of owning real art. I will not accept returns for artifacts of the creative process.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. If the item is acceptable I will proceed with your credit or refund.
Sale items may be final.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: (contact at email@example.com for mailing instructions).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
